Chastity had a great idea for some fun on a Monday afternoon:
- Invite a bunch of the kids' friends over for some bounce-house-style fun on an air mattress...
- "Mexican Monday" tostadas with tons of fresh tomatoes, scallions, jalapenos, corn, and other delicious toppings...
- And self-serve ice cream with waffle bowls and sprinkles and coconut shavings!
